James Bunt may be known for his touching love songs, but the "You're Beautiful' also has a thing for today's rockin' pop hits. Case in point: The smooth-voiced Brit chose to put his own spin on Katy Perry's fun-loving "California Gurls". With his acoustic guitar and some help from his band, Blunt stripped down the girly fun-loving summer anthem and turned into an easy-listening-type tune.
Blunt is currently on the European leg of his tour, promoting his new album, Some Kind of Trouble. He'll bring his popsicles over to the U.S. on April 20, when he performs at Boston's House of Blues.
