U.S. Rep Apologizes For Calling President Obama "Tar Baby"

For some reason we don't think that if President Obama DOES decide to forgive you that he'll be "happy" to do it.
Doug Lamborn (R-Co.) made some really offensive comments about the President while on the radio last week:
