Her time on ?Grey?s Anatomy? ended back in January, and Katherine Heigl admits that it has been difficult letting go of her character, Izzie.
The blonde beauty attended the premiere of her latest film ?Life As We Know It? in New York City last night (September 30) and dished to MTV News, "That chapter is closed, and it's sad. And it's hard."
When asked if Izzie would ever make a return to the show, Heigl told, "I can't think of any way that she could come back gracefully that wouldn't just feel manipulative. And, it's hard, because I really wonder what she's doing and where she is and what happened, but that is over for me now."
And, of her onscreen romance with Justin Chambers, who plays Alex, Katherine admitted, "Justin Chambers is one of the most amazing men, and certainly a spectacular actor. I feel oddly attached to him, and the character and my character being together. It just seems what's supposed to be, but you can't have it all."
