The ?Beauty & the Briefcase? babe looked cute in leopard-print flats, leggings and a jacket as she sauntered past the paparazzi, offering up a quick smile.
Aside from working out, the Duffster has been spending time in the studio making some brand new music.
She recently tweeted to her fans, "ooooooo excitement ensuing ...now! recording all day!"
